Ahead of the much-awaited IPL clash between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals, CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni featured in an advertisement in which he can be seen playing street cricket. CSK's veteran opener Faf du Plessis and RCB's 'Mr. 360' AB de Villiers have also given a fun response to the video.

In the viral video, Dhoni can be seen bowling during a street cricket match. As soon as Dhoni tries to bowl, the batsman stops him and suggests that the match should be called off and result in a draw due to bad light.

Dhoni, however, asks the other players present there to turn on the lights of their bikes and after that he cleverly dismisses the batsman.

RCB legend AB de Villiers took to social media to share the video, and wrote,"@msdhoni Definitely prefer you bowling than keeping, new role? #TeamHaiTohMazaaHai"

On the other hand, Faf du Plessis, referring to an old promise of Dhoni in his tweet, wrote,"When are we taking your bikes out for a ride? You Promised. We're a TEAM afterall... #TeamHaiTohMazaaHai #Whistlepodu"

In the second match of the 14th season of the Indian Premier League, Chennai Super Kings will battle Delhi Capitals. CSK led by veteran captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, would like to forget his squad's poor performance last season and once again dominate the tournament. With the return of Raina as well as Moin Ali, Krishnappa Gautam and Cheteshwar Pujara, CSK has many better options to choose from for playing 11.

Delhi Capitals will play their IPL 2021 first game without star fast bowlers Kagiso Rabada and Enrich Nortje, while injured Shreyas Iyer, who captained the team last season, will also not be available for the entire season.
