Star players of the Indian cricket team Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Navdeep Saini, Prithvi Shaw and Shubman Gill landed in controversy after they went to eat in a restaurant in Melbourne whose pictures and videos became immensely viral on social media. After this, these players were accused of breaking the protocols of the biosecure bubble and all have been isolated.

Even after being isolated, the difficulties of the players have not lessened because now fans are trolling them on social media for allegedly eating beef and the main accused, as per the 'keyboard warriors' is Rohit Sharma.

Actually, in the restaurant where Indian players ate food, an Indian fan present there paid their bill. Now, an unverified picture of the bill has gone viral on social media, in which beef is written as one of the choices of ordered food items. Although the authenticity of the bill has not been proved. Trolls specifically targeted Rohit Sharma and said that the vice-captain of the Indian team talks about animal safety throughout the year but is acting as a hypocrite by eating beef himself.

After the video of team India players having dinner at a Melbourne restaurant went viral on social media, they were sent in isolation. Cricket Australia has started investigating whether these players have violated the bio-bubble protocols or not. However, the BCCI has reportedly said that there has been no violation of safety rules by Indian players and that everyone associated with the team is well aware of these rules.
