Cristiano Ronaldo Meets Al Nassr's Women's Team, Delivers Motivating Speech. WATCH

Al Nassr FC took to Twitter to share video of Cristiano Ronaldo's meeting with the women players in which he can be seen inspiring them with motivating speech.

Five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo has been facing criticism from Al Nassr's fans for his below par show in the first two games he played for the Saudi Arabia football club. The Portugal striker, highest paid footballer in the world after reportedly signing a record-breaking $200 million a year deal with Al Nassr, is yet to get on the scoresheet after playing two games, one of those games being Saudi Super Cup semi-final between Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad, which saw his side get knocked out of the tournament with a defeat.

Cristiano Ronaldo will play his third fixture for Al-Nassr today in a league clash against Al Fateh at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium.

Amid all the criticism, Ronaldo met the women's team of the club ahead of their two remaining games in the season. Al Nassr FC took to Twitter to share video of Ronaldo's meeting with the women players in which he can be seen inspiring them with motivating speech.

"Our women stars have their support from the greatest Ronaldo meets #AlNassr's women football team. And gives a message for the two remaining matches," Al Nassr FC wrote in the caption of their post on Twitter.

As Ronaldo is nearing the end of a fairytale career, his former Real Madrid teammate Kaka praised him by saying, "I think he wants to quit football by playing. I understand him, he is a special player."

"Players like him bring to the team a simple concept. Winning is not like losing. I have the feeling that many young players don’t understand this," he was quoted as saying by Gazzetta dello Sport.

"If they win, it’s great, if not it doesn’t matter. It’s not like this. Maldini was a great example of this. He had won four Champions League and he wanted the fifth. Players like him make the difference, Zlatan can still be useful thanks to his mentality,” he added.
