Brazil and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar footballer Neymar Jr and his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi have announed on Wednesday (April 19) that they are expecting a child together.
The couple took to social media to share pictures along with a caption. "We dream about your life...plan your arrival and knowing...you're here to complete our love, makes our days much happier...You will arrive in a beautiful family, with your brother, grandparents, uncles and aunties who already love you very much," their Instagram description read.
Several of Neymar's teammates were quick to share their congratulatory message on the post. These included his compatriot and Tottenham striker Richarlison as well as PSG midifielder Marco Verratii. Notably, this is set to be Neymar's first child with his present girlfriend Bruna. The 31-year-old already is a father of an 11-year-old saon Davi Lucca. The PSG star became father for the first time with his former girlfriend Carlona Dantas when he was a teenager himself at 19.
The PSG forward had reportedly started dating Biancardi in 2021 but the couple had made their relationship public only in 2022 which was also when they announced their engagement. However, it was followed by their break up with Biancardi having to refute claims that the superstar footballer had cheated on her.
However, since then the couple got back together and have now announced that they are expecting their first child together. It is pertinent to note that Neymar has already been ruled out for the remainder of the season, as far as his professional football is concerned owing to an ankle injury. Even in the pictures that have been shared, Neymar can be seen wearing a protective boot.
