Mohun Bagan started off on the wrong foot, as they conceded a penalty inside the first 15 minutes, and the spot kick was comfortably converted by Luka Majcen to give Punjab FC a shocking lead.
However, constant pressure from Mohun Bagan SG paid dividends as they managed to equalise inside the first half via a 44th minute goal from Greg Stewart.
The second half proved to be extremely chaotic as the period saw 4 goals flood in (two each from both the sides), and at full-time whistle, it ended 3-3.
