It wasn't a good start to the evening for Premier League giants Manchester United. It wasn't particularly so by nay stretch of the imagination for their goalkeeper Andre Onana. However, they would breathe easy eventually as they did manage to register a 3-2 victory at the Old Trafford eventually. It was, fair to say, a nightmarish start though with goalkeeper Andre Onana at the centre of criticism from all quarters after his blunder cost them the team their opening goal in just the second minute of the match.

To make matters worse, Onana conceded another goal in the fourth minute from Willy Boly and the Red Devils were staring at a defeat at their home with them 0-2 down early on in the first half. Onana's first attempt to save was particularly unimpressive as he appeared to dive even before the shot was taken by Taiwo Awoniyi. The clip and image where he literally appears to be in a sitting position even before Awoniyi has had his final shot on the ball has gone viral on social media.

Much to the delight of the home fans, however, the Red Devils did manage to make a turnaround and how. Christian Eriksen netted the team's first goal in the 17th minute to bring the deficit to 1-2. In the second half, it was Casemiro's 52nd minute strike that helped the equalise before Bruno Fernandes' 76th minute goal from the spot to put United in the lead which turned out to be the difference between the two sides in the end.
