Paris St Germain's star forward Kylian Mbappe has revealed his desire to play for his nation at the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024, as it has been a "dream" for the Frenchman to play at the Olympics. The FIFA World Cup 2018 winner made the revelation during a press conference on Friday, March 22, as the Frenchman is currently amidst a highly famous transfer saga, which involves his dream move to Real Madrid. The clubs have been toying with the fans over the past few years related to the transfer as PSG has always been reluctant to sell the starlet, but with Kylian Mbappe not renewing his contract anymore, Real Madrid have all but penned a deal with the player.

“I always wanted to play at the Olympics and my desire has not changed. If I play the Olympics then it will be a dream, but if I'm not allowed to, then I will do as I'm told. The decision is still up to one person and they haven't told me yes or no,” said Kylian Mbappe.

The Frenchman has also cleared the air regarding his transfer saga, as the player has stated that his future will be settled before the commencement of Euro 2024 and that the player has nothing to announce for now.

“I have still not announced anything on my future as I’ve nothing to announce. I've always said that when I have something to announce, I'll do it as a man. I think my future will be resolved before the Euros, yes,” he added.

The Frenchman, though, has maintained his consistency as he has been in red-hot goalscoring form, which he has been ever since the player burst on to the screen in 2017. Kylian Mbappe has managed to score 38 goals and provide 8 assists in 37 appearances in all competitions, and is well on course to breach 50-goal season for the first time in his career.
