Copa America 2024: The CONMEBOL (South American Football Confederation) has announced that the apex body for football operations of South America condems any sort of violence and that, the body will take proper measures to make sure the fans ain attendance are able to attend a chaos-free event.
"CONMEBOL strongly condemns any act of violence that affects football. Our work is based on the conviction that soccer connects and unites us through its positive values. There is no place for intolerance and violence on and off the field. We invite everyone in the remaining days to pour all their passion into cheering on their national teams and having an unforgettable party," said CONMEBOL in a released statement.

Not only the fans were involved in a brawl, players got involved too and Uruguay's Darwin Nunez was the front-runner, as he throwed in his fair share of punches, after his countrymen were attacked by the Colombian fans. The issue has become the hot topic worldwide and is getting discussed heavily.
