New Delhi: Perth Scorchers wicket-keepr Sam Whiteman Pulled off a sensational run out on Sunday during 50-run win against Sydney Thunders.
Whiteman Rushed to the square leg to collect a high ball and threw down the wickets with one stump to aim at, to dismiss Thunders Batsman Pat Cummins for 39.
“I was pretty surprised it hit the stumps, from my view it looked like it was going to miss.” Said Whiteman in post-match interview.
Perth Scorchers win against Sydney Thunders takes them to the top of the table in Big Bash League. Scorchers will face unbeaten Brisbane Heats in the next match.
