Virat Kohli met his family in New Delhi after arriving in India from Barbados after India’s victorious T20 World Cup 2024 campaign. Virat Kohli, along with the rest of the T20 World Cup-winning Indian team, touched down in New Delhi on the morning of July 4 (Thursday) after being stuck in Barbados for days owing to Hurricane Beryl. After landing in New Delhi, the team were taken to the ITC Maurya hotel for a brief stay before they went on to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Virat Kohli reunited with his brother Vikas Kohli, sister Bhawna Kohli Dhingra and their niece and nephews at the team hotel, ITC Maurya, in New Delhi. The family met Kohli at the hotel due to Team India's busy schedule for the day. Bhawna Kohli Dhingra posted a few pictures that Kohli’s brother Vikas and the rest of the family members took with Virat Kohli, flaunting the star cricketer’s T20 World Cup 2024 winner medal.

The 2024 T20 World Cup champions also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi before departing for Mumbai, where a victory parade from Nariman Point to Wankhede Stadium is scheduled for 5 PM IST.
