Tamil Nadu vs Bengal


Captain Vijay Shankar and Abhinav Mukund starred in Tamil Nadu's six-wicket win over Bengal in the Vijay Hazare Trophy Elite Group 'C' League here Sunday.


Tamil Nadu chose to bowl first at the M A Chidambaram Stadium and restricted Bengal to 239 in 49.4 overs. In reply, Mukund (94) and N Jagadeesan (55) added 143 runs for the opening wicket in 133 balls, which made things easy for Tamil Nadu.


Top Performer: Vijay Shankar was the best bowler with 4 for 34. The Tamil Nadu captain has set the stage on fire with his all-round performances. In the previous match, he starred with a brilliant hundred and on Sunday, he showcased his bowling skills to bowl Bengal out cheaply.

Haryana vs Tripura


In another Group C match today, Haryana defeated Tripura by three wickets. Tripura were bowled out for 171 with Harshal Patel and Rahul Tewatia picking up three wickets apiece.


In response, Haryana huffed puffed to reach home in 41.2 overs with only three wickets in hand.


Top Performer: Harshal Patel starred with an all-round show, picking up three for 19 with the ball and then scoring crucial 41 to help Haryana chase the target.

Gujarat vs J&K


Gujarat shot out J&K for 123: and reached the target in 21.1 overs to win the match by 8 wickets.


Piyush Chawla, who is playing his first season for Gujarat, picked up three for 29 rattle J&K. Priyank Panchal (49) was the top scorer for Gujarat while chasing the target
