The banter that started in the second Test has continued even in the third Test match. The English fans have apprently threw a ball at Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj at Headingley. Indian skipper Virat Kohli was annoyed about the unfolding of events. 


India had a bad day on Day 1 of the third Test match that is being played at Headingley, Leeds. It came after a strong Indian performance on Day 5 of the Lord's Test match. A lot of things were said to each other from both the camps. James Anderson was in the middle of two or three serious confrontations with Indian cricketers.

"I think, somebody threw a ball inside, at Siraj, so he (Kohli) was upset. You can say whatever you want to chant, but don't throw things at the fielders and all those things. It is not good for cricket, I guess," Pant said at a press conference. 


The confrontations ended with the match, but in the media, players of both teams kept on giving statements against each other. In fact, there were news reports about Indian players gettng involved in a heated debate with English cricketers after 2nd Test.

As soon as James Anderson bagged the prized wicket of Virat Kohli, the official Twitter handle of England's Barmy Army has shared a video in which fans were seen singing 'Cheerio Virat', which means goodbye, as the Indian skipper walked back to the pavilion post his dismissal.
