The tickets for the T20 World Cup Group stage match between India and Pakistan have gone sold out within five hours! The match is going to be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on October 23, 2022.

MCG has a seating capacity of approximately 1 lakh, making it one of the biggest stadiums in the world. The noise at a full-house MCG can only be imagined.

The tickets for the T20 World Cup went on sale at 6:30 am IST on Monday and by 11:30 pm, the ICC website stated that 'public ticket allocation' for India Vs Pakistan 'has been exhausted'.

Above is the tweet at 6:30 am IST stating that the ticket sale for T20 WC has begun. Unfortunately, no more people would be able to buy more tickets for the India vs Pakistan match.

Sydney Morning Herald, an Australian daily, reported that, "over 60,000 pre-sale tickets for the India v Pakistan group match at the MCG on October 23 have already been sold."
