New Delhi: India will lock horns with hosts Sri Lanka in five-match ODI series on Sunday at Rangiri Dambulla international stadium, Dambulla. The match is scheduled on start at 2.30 IST. The broadcast of the match will be shown on Sony Six, Sony Six and Ten 3 while, the live streaming will be available on www.sonyliv.com . 



The Virat Kohli & Co. will look to carry forward the momentum in the limited format after cling the three –match Test series 3-0, it was India’s first-ever overseas whitewash.



However, The Rangiri Dambulla international stadium has not been happy hunting ground for the Men in Blue. The Indian team have played 11 ODI’s against Sri Lanka at this venue but succumbed to defeat on 7 occasions.  



On the other hand, it won’t be a normal bilateral series for the hosts. The Upul Tharanga led side will have a lot at stake as they need two more ODI wins to confirm their spot in the 2019 ODI World Cup by way of automatic qualification.
