New Delhi: After losing their opening game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, the Royal Challengers managed to beat Delhi Daredevils by 15 runs.

Royal Challengers took to the field without their star players for the successive time and defended a small total of 157 runs.

Stand-in skipper Shane Watson was in full praise of Kedar Jadhav, who helped his team cross 150 –run mark with a brilliant knock of 69 and Pawan Negi, who bowled the last over to seal the victory for RCB.

In the post match presentation, Watson hinted that their star duo of Virat Kohli and Ab de Villiers may comeback for the next match. But he quickly backtracked by saying he was just “Joking”

However, RCB may not want to reveal their strategies but If Watson is to be believed, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers return would bolster the Bangalore based franchise’s batting line-up.
