New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore were without their skipper Virat Kohli and talismanic batsman AB de Villiers and the RCB camp was hoping for the tall West Indian batsman Chris Gayle to fire from all cylinders.
Chris Gayle and Shane Watson started off well but the former was soon undone in the fourth over by Chris Morris with youngster Sanju Samson taking a blinder to send Gayle back to the pavilion.
The 37-year-old mishit Morris’ full toss delivery and Samson who was stationed at mid-off ran behind to grab one of the sensational catches of IPL 10.
Delhi Daredevils restricted Royal Challengers Bangalore for 157 runs but still lost the battle by 15 runs.
