Prithvi Shaw's Oracular Post After Not Being Included In India Squads For New Zealand, Bangladesh Tour

The Mumbai-based batter Prithvi Shaw even after giving a string of decent performances has not been included in the Indian squad.

The BCCI chief selector Chetan Sharma announced squads for the tours of New Zealand and Bangladesh. The Indian team will be playing three T20Is against the Kiwis and will also be playing three ODIs against the same side.  Team India will also be facing Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series and a two-Test series.

The Mumbai-based batter Prithvi Shaw even after giving a string of decent performances has not been included in the Indian squad. He took to his Instagram handle and posted a cryptic note just after the squads were announced.

"Hope you are watching everything Sai Baba," captioned Shaw.

When asked about Shaw missing out, Chetan Sharma said, “We are basically looking for Prithvi (Shaw). We are in constant touch with Prithvi. He is doing well. There is nothing wrong with him at all. The thing is that we have to see whether the guys who are already playing and performing are getting their chances. He will definitely get his chance the way he is batting. Selectors are in constant touch with Prithvi. Whenever we are there in matches, we are talking to him, and he will get his chances very soon”.
