Former Pakistan player Imran Khan is one of the greatest all-rounders Pakistan has ever produced. Back in 1992, he guided Pakistan to win the World Cup. Recently, Pakistan Cricket Board posted a video on social media handles, giving tribute to some of its legendary players but then they completely ignored  Imran Khan. Fans were disappointed as there was no mention of the legendary cricketer and they took Twitter by storm. Meanwhile, former PCB chairman Khalid Mahmood also asked for the withdrawal of the video posted by the PCB on Independence Day after they did not mention Imran Khan's contribution to the game in the country.

"This video must be withdrawn by the PCB immediately and released again with proper mention of Imran's contribution to Pakistan cricket," Mahmood told the "Aaj" channel.

"We should first look at ourselves as to what we are doing with our own heroes then criticise others," Mahmood said.

Imran has been a stalwart in Pakistan cricket, remaining one of the greatest cricketers of all time. He finished with 3,807 and 3,709 Test and ODI runs, respectively. Imran picked up a total of 544 international wickets. Later, he joined politics and became Pakistan's Prime Minister from August 2018 to April 2022.
