The Men in Blue is currently gearing up for the upcoming World Cup as they play against Australia in their first match, slated to take place on  October 08 against Australia. The team looks set despite missing out on playing their warm-up match against England and Netherlands because of inclement weather. Meanwhile, just ahead of the Nega event, India’s run machine Virat Kohli came up with a humble request for his friends.

Friends and members of the family always ask for tickets whenever a World Cup is played. Speaking about the same situation, Kohli posted a serious Instagram story.

“As we approach the World Cup, I would humbly like to let all my friends know to not request me for tickets at all through the tournament. Enjoy from your home pls,” Kohli wrote.

Soon after Kohli's request, Anushka Sharma also responded to the post. She said,  "And let me just add… please don't request me to help if your messages go unanswered. Thank you for your understanding."
