The viral picture in question is not from India. During a party, Sakshi Dhoni, it appears from the visual evidence, could be seen lighting what looks like a cigarette. However, it is only a picture and ABP Live could not independently verify whether or not she is smoking. However, the picture seems insufficient to draw a conclusion.

Not The First Time Sakshi's Name Is Linked With Smoking
Notably, this is not the first time Sakshi's name is being linked with smoking. Prior to this, picture from her college days had surfaced on social media which again were linked to smoking. However, still no such claim can be made.
