India was in immense happiness when they successfully marked their landing on the moon on 23rd August at 6.0M PM. After landing the Chandrayaan-3, India became the first country to land a spacecraft on the Moon’s South Pole. Ever since the news went viral, citizens of India started celebrating India’s success including former India skipper MS Dhoni who was spotted celebrating in his usual calm element.
Dhoni’s love for the nation is quite evident as he always offers help to army personnel from time to time. When India landed Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon, Dhoni was spotted celebrating the momentous occasion by patting his right thigh in a video that has gone viral on social media.
Earlier, the former India skipper guided Chennai Super Kings to the record-fifth title after beating Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2023 final despite struggling with his knee. Post winning the title, the 42-year-old stated that he would try to play in the next IPL as well.
"Circumstantially, this is the best time to announce my retirement. But the amount of love I have received all over, the easy thing would be to walk away from here, but the harder thing would be to work hard for nine months and try to play another IPL. It would be a gift from me, won't be easy on the body," Dhoni had said in the post-match interview after winning the last IPL final.
After the IPL concluded, the Ranchi-based player went for a knee surgery in Mumbai. He has recovered well as he was spotted driving his vintage cars on the streets of Ranchi. Dhoni also launched his own production house called 'Dhoni Entertainment PVT LTD' and came up with his first feature film called Let's Get Married.
Earlier, Dhoni’s wife shared a video where Ziva (daughter of Dhoni) was seen celebrating after the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 was announced on Television.
