New Delhi: Misbah-ul-Haq made history by becoming first Pakistan cricketer to hit six sixes in six balls.

The Pakistan Test captain hit six consecutive sixes in the Hong Kong T20 blitz to etch his name in the history books.

Misbah hit right arm seamer Imran Arif for two sixes in the last two deliveries of the 19th over and then completed the honours by slamming left-armer Caddy for four consecutive sixes in the last over of the innings.

Batting first, Hong Kong Island United scored 216 for 6 led by Misbah’s 37 ball 82.

In reply, Hung Hom Jaguars could only manage 183 for 8 in 20 overs.

India’s Yuvraj Singh is the only batsman to hit six sixes off six balls in international T20s.
