Lucknow Super Giants pacer Naveen-ul-Haq has been making headlines ever since his infamous on-field spat with Royal Challengers Bangalore legend Virat Kohli in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. In one of the RCB vs LSG IPL 2023 match, Virat Kohli and Naveen-ul-Haq were involved in a heated argument. Even after the match got over, the fight eventually spiraled further as Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir came at loggerheads with Virat Kohli. Both India stars were fined 100 percent of their match fee as a punishment.

It's been two months since the fight happened, but it seems Naveen's not yet done with getting everything off his chest about the incident. Time and again, the LSG pacer has been sharing cryptic posts on social media. In his latest Insta post, Naveen posted a cryptic video showcasing a fable.

The quote towards the end of the video reads: "The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. There are people who no matter how much evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred, and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not."

Now after the tournament has ended, Naveen recently had his say on that ugly spat. As per him, it was Virat Kohli who had started the fight. "He shouldn't have said all those things during the match and after it. I didn't start the fight. After the match, when we were shaking hands, Virat Kohli started the fight," he told BBC Pashto.
