New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday, February 1, finalized the list of players for India Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega auction. A total of 590 players have been included in this list, for which 10 IPL teams will be seen bidding.


The list includes 370 capped and uncapped Indian players, while 220 foreign players. Meanwhile, let's have a look at from which country the maximum players have been included in the tournament's auction list.


After India, the country whose maximum players will be part of the IPL 2022 Mega Auction is Australia. Over 1200 players had registered for this year's IPL auction. After this, BCCI and IPL officials shortlisted 590 players to be eligible for going under the hammer. Of these, 47 players are from Australia. 






India tops the list with 370 players, followed by Australia with 47 players, 34 players from West Indies will take part in the auction.

33 players from South Africa, 24 players from New Zealand have got a place in the final auction list. The same number of players are from England, while 23 players are from India's neighboring country Sri Lanka, who have been included in the auction list. 17 players from Afghanistan bagged a place in the auction list for IPL 2022 Mega Auction.
