Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) head into another season of the Indian Premier League hoping to end their title drought since the inception of the league and lay hands to the coveted trophy by winning the thirteenth edition of the which gets underway in UAE from September 13.

The Virat Kohli-led RCB once again have the arsenal in the batting and bowling department to challenge the big guns and make an earnest attempt to go the distance and clinch their maiden title..

RCB which in all respects has been a batting heavy side for many years and have often found their bowling at the death overs to be the weaker aspect of their game.

The 'Red Brigade' which boasts of some of finest seamers in the world in Dale Steyn, Umesh Yadav and Navdeep Saini besides their frontline leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal are leaving no effort to improve upon their skills at bowling in the fag end of an innings and restricting the opposition from getting away in the crucial moments of the game..

In a rather unique and interesting way devised by the team's bowling coach Adam Griffith to help the bowlers improve upon their skill at bowling yorkers and sharpen their skills at getting their length perfect during death overs, he threw up a challenge to them which was competitive yet had an element of fun.

RCB's official Twitter handle captioned the post, "Our bowling coach, Adam Griffith, comes up with a fun and challenging competition to help our bowlers fire in those yorkers. Safe to say all our bowlers are sharpshooters!"

Adam Griffith placed a perfect rectangular space covering the wickets and marked various points along the strip for bowlers to concentrate and hit at. The bowlers had to hit or land the ball at the three red markers kept in the front. On hitting the front markers, a bowler secured five points up his sleeves.

During the challenge, tearaway speedsters Navdeep Saini, Umesh Yadav, Shivam Dube, Isuru Udana and leggie Yuzvendra Chahal, etc.competed and tried their level best at the unique challenge.

While the rest of the playing members who were sitting on either side of the strip while the yorker challenge was on cheered their bowlers on whenever they hit the markers. Skipper Kohli who is known for his animated reactions led the cheering party on and motivated his bowlers to hit the targets with consistency.
