Delhi Capitals (DC) will lock horns with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in 'Qualifier 2' of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) at the Shiekh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi later on Sunday evening (November 8).

The IPL 2020 Qualifier 2 between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) is scheduled to commence at 7:30 pm (IST) and the toss will be held at 7:00 pm (IST).

Delhi Capitals (DC), who lost to defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Qualifier 1 held on November 5 will get a second chance to qualify for the IPL 2020 finals as they had finished second in the round-robin stage of the league.

Meanwhile, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) who emerged as the winners in the hard-fought 'Eliminator' against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on November 6 will have to beat Iyer and Co. later in the evening to secure a place in the grand finale.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will start as the favourites to win the IPL 2020 'Qualifier 2' as they head into the knockout clash on the back of a victory against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the eliminator. Meanwhile, DC will have to turnaround a dismal performance which saw them being handed a massive 57-run defeat by Mumbai Indians.

Heading into the all-important knockout game, Sunrisers Hyderabad would like to produce another all-round display with both the willow and the white cherry as they have done in their recent spree of wins.

While SRH's top order of David Warner, Wriddhiman Saha, Manish Pandey, and Kane Williamson have exhibited good form with the willow, their bowling attack has also come to the party by restricting the opposition to getable totals.

While SRH pace spearheads Sandeep Sharma and Jason Holder have been exceptional with the new ball, giving their team the timely breakthroughs in the powerplays, T Natarajan has been in choking the opposition in the death stages of the game.

SRH's strike weapon in their bowling armoury continues to be their frontline leg spinner Rashid Khan, who has been controlling the proceedings in the middle overs with economical spells. Khan has been partnered well by Shahbaz Nadeem.

Delhi Capitals would need far better performance with the bat than their horrendous outing against Mumbai Indians which saw their top and middle order being wrecked by the MI seamers Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult.

The nightmarish form of opener Prithvi Shaw and Ajinkya Rahane is a worrying factor for Delhi Capitals (DC) which needs to come to a halt later in the evening. Who will partner the seasoned opener Shikhar Dhawan still remains a big question?

Wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant will need to score at a quicker click than what he usually does. DC would look towards their power hitters Marcus Stoinis or Shimron Hetmyer to provide the late acceleration down the order.

Delhi Capitals (DC) bowling unit which in general has fired all through the season has blown hot and cold in the last couple of games. The Proteas seam bowling unit of Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje will need to come good when it matters the most to the team.

The DC spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel have been doing a fine job in the middle overs and they need to chip in with wickets during the middle overs. The supporting cast of Marcus Stoinis and Daniel Sams or Tushar Deshpande will need to supplement the efforts of the frontline bowlers.
