IPL 2019: Pandya brothers fiery knock power Mumbai to 168/5 against Delhi

Pandya brothers stitched an important 54-run stand to power Mumbai Indians to a challenging 168 for five against Delhi Capitals. Hardik (32 off 15) and Krunal (37 not out off 26) completely dominated Delhi’s bowling attack as they scored 51-runs in last three overs.

Mumbai reached a promising 57/0 by the end of powerplay, thanks to opener Quinton de Kock (35 off 27). However, Mishra got the big breakthrough by taking out Rohit. Axar Patel, on the other end, too made instant impact by removing Ben Cutting, leaving Mumbai at 63 for two.

With both Delhi spinners tightening the grip over Mumbai by restricting the run-flow, pressure which led to the run out of a well-set de Kock.

With Mumbai struggling, a late assault was provided by the Pandya brothers, with both going after Keemo Paul in the 18th over that leaked 17 runs.

Kagiso Rabada scalped two wickets for 38.
