New Delhi: India’s star batter Suryakumar Yadav starred with the bat yet again against New Zealand in the second T20I on Sunday in Mount Maunganui. He scored a century in just 49 balls and ended up smashing 111 runs in just 51 balls. Moments after getting to his century, he celebrated in style and skipper Hardik Pandya also welcomed him. Surya scored his second hundred in T20I cricket.
The Mumbai-based batter helped the Indian team to put up a total of 191/6 in 20 overs. Suryakumar Yadav has established himself as a permanent member of India's T20 squad, courtesy of his remarkable batting form in the T20 World Cup. Yadav scored a whopping 239 runs at a strike rate of 189.68 in just six World Cup games.
