Star player Rohit Sharma got injured recently, due to this he won't be able to play the opening test. Mayank Agarwal is likely to open for Team India with KL Rahul in the absence of Rohit Sharma.

When Will The Test Matches Be Played? 

The first match of the three-match Test series between India and South Africa will be played in Centurion from December 26. The second match will be played in Johannesburg from January 3 and the third and final match will be played in Cape Town from January 11.
