New Delhi: India’s ace speedster Mohammed Shami has been ruled out from the three-match ODI series against hosts Bangladesh. He suffered a hand injury and as a result, he has not traveled with the Rohit Sharma-led team India to the country. Post the T20 World Cup, Shami was practicing after a break and that is when he got injured.


According to ANI, “India's pacer Mohammed Shami has reportedly been ruled out of the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh due to a hand injury, Shami is doubtful for Tests also”.










“Umran Malik named as Mohd Shami’s replacement. Shami sustained a shoulder injury during a training session in the lead-up to ODI series against Bangladesh. He is under the supervision of the BCCI Medical Team & won't be able to take part in the 3-match series”.
