Stand-in skipper Rohit-led 'Men-in-blue' will aim to win the series decider today when they take on Bangladesh in the final T20I at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur. It's 'do or die' game for both the teams in the 3rd and final T20I of the three-match series.
Team India opener Rohit Sharma has been in great touch with the bat and would also want his fast bowlers to make an impact by taking the advantage of the Nagpur pitch at the VCA Stadium.
On the other hand, Bangladesh skipper Mahmudullah would, therefore, hope for a better performance from his batters and more efficient fielding.
Also, this is going to be a big game for wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant who is considered to be an'X-Factor' for India in the upcoming T20I World Cup at Australia, but has failed to score enough runs.
TOSS UPDATE: Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first against India in the third and final T20I in Nagpur.
Rohit Sharma: We would have bowled first as well. It's a great challenge for us to bat first and post a good total. Teams batting first have managed to defend scores because of the slowness. The records are not for taking. It's another day in the office, loving to play for my country. I have cherished it.
Mahmudullah: We'll bowl first. The wicket looks good. India is a good chasing team, we'll try to restrict them to a low score. We have considered dew factor as well. Int he middle-overs, the run-rate has to be there and we have keep wickets. Mithun comes in for Mosaddek
