New Delhi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and politicians accused India of meddling with the recent tour of New Zealand which was cancelled at the last hour.

Recently, the New Zealand team decided to cancel their tour of Pakistan and return citing "security reasons". Following this, England also cancelled their upcoming tour of Pakistan.

The New Zealand cricket team cancelled the tour of Pakistan citing security, while the England team decided to cancel the tour to maintain the mental and physical stability of the players.

The cancellation of the visit has had an economic and moral impact on Pakistan, after which the new PCB chairman Rameez Raja has slammed both countries.

Amidst all, some Pakistan ministers and former players have pointed out India's hand in cancelling the tour. They are also blaming the BCCI for the same.

A senior BCCI official told news agency IANS that Pakistan has an old habit of involving India in any issue, without any evidence.

"We wish Rameez Raja all the best, Pakistan will scale new heights during his tenure. We want to make it clear that the BCCI has no hand in cancelling the tour of New Zealand and England," the official told IANS.

"We have no time for all these things. I don't know why some former Pakistan players are blaming the IPL. I had read somewhere that Rameez had said that Australian players had changed their DNA for money, Rameez has accused Australian players of abandoning their aggressive attitude and playing against India in a simple way because of IPL," the official further said.

"Now what's the sense to talk about IPL here? Now, what kind of allegation is this? We know they are not feeling good but this is not right to involve India in every issue," the official said.
