Bangladesh celebrated their second consecutive ACC U19 Asia Cup title in style, dancing with excitement to Dwayne Bravo's popular track ‘Champion’ in the dressing room after their victory over India.
Batting first, Bangladesh relied on key contributions from Mohammad Shihab James (40), Md Rizan Hossan (47), and Md Farid Hasan Faysal (39) to post a total of 198 runs. India’s bowlers Yudhajit Guha, Chetan Sharma, and Hardik Raj each took two wickets to keep the target in check.

In response, India’s chase faltered early as openers Ayush Mhatre (1) and Vaibhav Suryavanshi (9) departed cheaply. Despite brief resistance from Andre Siddarth C (20), KP Karthikeya (21), and skipper Mohamed Amaan (26), India stumbled to 73/5. Bangladesh's bowlers maintained pressure, with Iqbal Hossain Emon and Md Azizul Hakim Tamim taking three wickets each, bundling out India for 139 and securing a 59-run victory.

Bangladesh secured the coveted title along with a prize money cheque of USD 150,000, while the Indian team received the runners-up medals and a prize money cheque of USD 75,000.
Iqbal Hossain Emon, who took three wickets in the final, was named both Player of the Match and Player of the Tournament. He emerged as the leading wicket-taker of the tournament, claiming 13 wickets in five matches.
