Australia Vs Afghanistan Highlights: Keep refreshing the page to get the latest updates.
In what looked like a one-sided affair, it was Australia's Glenn Maxwell who pulled off the heist. On the back of Maxwell's double century, Australia outplayed Afghanistan by 3 wickets.
Maxwell is the one who has taken the onus alongside skipper Cummins. Looks like they still want to fight against AFG bowlers.
Rashid Khan comes up with a breakthrough as he scaps the wicket of Starc and Ikram Alikhil takes a great catch at the end.
Azmatullah unleashes fire as he strikes again. This time it is Josh Inglis who has to take a long walk towards the pavilion.
BIG BIG BLOW TO Australia!! Azmatullah takes the crucial wicket of Warner. Australia are reeling now.
Another wicket goes down as Naveen-ul-Haq strikes again. He picks up the wicket of Mitchell Marsh and helps his team with yet another breakthrough.
Mitchell Marsh is taking on Azmatullah as he hits a four and follows it up by hammering a huge six.
Seems like Afghanistan is on the roll as Naveen-ul-Haq helps his team with an early breakthrough, taking the wicket of Head.
On the back of Ibrahim Zadran's brilliant century, Afghanistan managed to post a fighting total of 291/5 against Australia.
Another wicket goes down as Starc snares Rashid Khan.
Zampa takes the wicket of Azmatullah and Maxwell grabs an easy catch at the end.
What a delivery by Starc to get rid of Shahidi. Australia are back in the game now.
Shahidi getting into a move here as he smashed a brilliant boundary against Zampa. It was a Googly and Shahidi reads the ball early and uses his feet to deal with it. What a shot!!
Maxwell strikes this time as he takes the wicket of Rahmat and an easy catch by Hazlewood does the rest.
Australia have called Zampa to bowl in as they are looking for more breakthroughs.
Hazlewood strikes and takes the wicket of in-form Gurbaz and Starc completes an easy catch at the end.
Both AFG batters have been batting well and it does not look like that the Australian bowlers have troubled them so far.
Gurbaz hits a boundary here against Starc. That's a terrific shot.
Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran have started batting. Starc bowled the first over.
Pat Cummins: Not too much (worried about the toss). We would have had a bat but it is fine. Two changes.. Steve struggled in the warm-ups and he's going to miss out, Cam Green misses out as well, Maxwell and Marsh are in. Really happy with the way we have gone, five (wins) in a row, one of the most pleasing thing is we have played 14 guys so far and everyone has done well, long may that continue. It (weather conditons) is always a factor, it is a bit cooler than it was a month ago, we will be fine we have got plenty of bowling options.
Hashmatullah Shahidi: We want to bat first. The wicket looks good now and we are hopeful it will seam and spin in the second innings. We have done well chasing but you also have to look at the opposition and the ground. He (Sachin Tendulkar) is a legend of the game, we were excited to see him and learn from him, he had some words for us and we will try to learn from that. We have one change - Fazalhaq is not playiing, Naveen is playing.
Australia (Playing XI): Travis Head, David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Marnus Labuschagne, Josh Inglis(w), Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Pat Cummins(c), Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood.
Afghanistan (Playing XI): Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Ibrahim Zadran, Rahmat Shah, Hashmatullah Shahidi(c), Azmatullah Omarzai, Mohammad Nabi, Ikram Alikhil(w), Rashid Khan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Noor Ahmad, Naveen-ul-Haq.
Afghanistan won the toss and opted to bat first.
Afghanistan's biggest hope will be their spinners with the likes of Rashid Khan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, or Mohammad Nabi.
As of now, Australia have faced Afghanistan thrice in the 50-over format and have sealed victorious on all three occasions.

The Afghanistan team on the other side have also won four of their last five games.
