  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Piece Egg
  • 2 Tablespoon Melted Butter Or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Mix All The Dry Ingredients: Take a large bowl, add in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in it.

Add All The Wet Ingredients: Take another bowl, whisk in together the milk, egg, melted butter or vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Combine All The Ingredients Together: Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir the ingredients together till they are combined. Be careful to not over mix them.

Heat A Pan: Preheat a non stick pan over medium heat. Grease it lightly with butter or oil.

Cook The Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the preheated pan. Cook until bubbles form in the surface, this will take around 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, until its golden brown.
