- 3 Cup Pasta
- 7 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 3 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Piece Garlic (Clove)
- 1 Piece Carrot
- 1 Piece Capsicum
- 1 Piece Onion
- 60 Gram Corn
- 4 Piece Cheese slices
- 3 Pinch Black Pepper
- Salt (To Taste)
- Chili Flakes
- Oregano
Cooking Instructions
Take a big bottomed pan and boil water. Add some salt and pour a dash of oil into the water. Let the water boil, then add in the pasta. Cover and let it simmer for 8-9 minutes.
Then turn off your flame, and drain your pasta using a strainer, and rinse it with cold water. Keep aside the boiled pasta.
In another pan, pour some olive oil and fry minced garlic and chopped onions till light golden brown.
Pour diced vegetables; carrots, capsicum, and frozen corn into the pan. Toss in some salt and black pepper, cover it, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Melt butter in a pan, sprinkle all-purpose flour, and effectively roast the flour by stirring. Switch off the heat once one gets a good roast and mix it well.
Pour milk in small portions while stirring to prevent lumps from forming; then place the mixture on fire and allow it to thicken. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
Now put the pasta, vegetables, and the white sauce together and mix all things up.
