  • 1 Piece Small Onion
  • 3 Piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 Piece Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil or Butter
  • 3 Cup Water
  • Salt

Step 1

Start by preparing the drumsticks first. Boil 2-3 drumsticks in water. Once boiled, take them out and let them cool down. Scrape out the pulp using the spoon.

Step 2

In a pan, heat oil or butter. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and onions. Saute until golden brown.

Step 3

Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Step 4

Add the drumstick pulp, water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavours.

Step 5

For a creamy texture, blend the soup and strain it.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
