- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 Piece Egg
- 2 Piece Green Chilli (slit)
- Salt
- Fresh Curry Leaves
- Oil
Cooking Instructions
Marinate The Chicken: Take a bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, rice flour, cornflour, salt, lemon juice, and yogurt. Mix everything together and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Prepare For Frying: Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces into it and fry it.
Fry The Chicken: Fry the chicken pieces in batches and make sure to not fry all of them together. Let the pieces fry till they turn crispy and golden brown. Take it out and dab the pieces with paper towel to remove excess oil.
Garnish: In a pan, heat little oil and add in the green chillies and curry leaves. Add in the chicken pieces in the pan and toss it for an extra flavour.
