Ingredients

  • 500 Gram Small Chicken Pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Piece Finely Choppen Onion
  • 3 Piece Slit Green Chillies
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 3 Piece Curry Leaves
  • 4 Cup Water
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Wait till the onions are golden brown.

Step 2

Add in ginger and garlic paste, green chilies, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Step 3

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add in the chicken pieces and cook till they turn white.

Step 5

Pour in water, add salt according to your taste, and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, allowing the chicken to cook fully.

Step 6

Once the soup thickens, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Step 7

Serve the soup hot and enjoy the spicy and flavourful meal.
