Sharing his experience, Kedar Ravangave said "Triathlon is very demanding and it takes a lot of work to prepare for the sport. Running, swimming and cycling were all new to me. It took me 7-8 months to prepare for this competition." (Image: Facebook/@kedar.ravangave)

"Nitin Ghorpade who is a three-time Ironman, guided me. Without them, this journey would have been tougher," Kedar Ravangave said. (Image: Facebook/@kedar.ravangave)

"My practice started at 4.30 am. I used to wake up at 3 am and burn a lot of calories before reaching the office at 8.30 am. Maintaining this six-day-a-week routine for 56 weeks was not easy," he added. (Image: Facebook/@kedar.ravangave)
