IPL 2023: Yuzvendra Chahal Becomes Joint-Highest Wicket-Taker In IPL History

During RR vs SRH IPL 2023 match, Yuzvendra Chahal became the joint-highest wicket-taker in IPL history.

Yuzvendra Chahal equaled former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Dwayne Bravo's record.

Both Yuzvendra Chahal and Dwayne Bravo now have 183 wickets each in Indian Premier League (IPL).

The premier RR wrist-spinner has so far taken 183 wickets in 142 IPL games at an economy of 8.08 with an outstanding average of 19.41.

Yuzvendra Chahal started his career with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and played for them from 2014–2021. Chahal completed 139 wickets in 113 matches for RCB and is still their highest wicket-taker in IPL.

Yuzvendra Chahal was acquired by Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2022 auction and has taken 44 wickets in 28 games.
