Ahead of the much-awaited IPL 2023, Kolkata Knight Riders suffered a huge blow when Shreyas Iyer was ruled out of the entire season due to injury.

The Mumbai based batter sustained a back injury during the Test series against Australia and he is about to undergo back surgery which will keep him out of the action for at least 2-3 months. Here are the three potential players who can replace Iyer as KKR skipper.

West Indies stalwart Sunil Narine is the veteran player of KKR as he is there in the side since 2012.
