South Africa will host India for a three-match Test series before taking on them in limited-over rubber.
The first match is scheduled to be played in Cape Town on January 5.
The Cricket South Africa on Friday announced the 15-member squad for the Test series against India.
Dale Steyn, who missed the four-day, day/night Test match due to illness has been included in the mix and will form formidable pace attack.
Chris Morris is also set to return after recovering from the groin injury and will join the camp in Cape Town on Tuesday.
Faf du Plessis, who missed the Zimbabwe encounter with a viral infection, is back in the fold and will lead the side against Virat Kohli’s men.
