While many youngsters are expected to make their Indian debut during Windies tour, let's have a look at players who aren't available for selection for IND vs WI series. 

KL Rahul recently underwent a surgery after suffering a hamstring injury during IPL 2023 while playing for Lucknow Super Giants.

Jasprit Bumrah hasn't played a single game for team India since September 2022 due to a back injury and is to miss the upcoming Windies tour. He might make a comeback in August through IND vs IRE T20 series.

Shreyas Iyer underwent back surgery in April after sustaining back injury during Border-Gavaskar Trophy and might return to the national team before the 2023 ODI World Cup.

Wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant suffered a horrific car crash in December last year after which he underwent multiple surgeries. He is on the road to recovery but will miss upcoming major tournaments in near future.
