At the 2023 Padma Awards on Wednesday at Rashtrapati Bhavan, former Karnataka Chief Minister SM Krishna received India's second-highest civilian honor, the Padma Vibhushan. The 90-year-old was at Rashtrapati Bhavan to accept the award. He was seen walking up to the podium with the assistance of a walking stick to accept it from President Droupadi Murmu.
