LPG Price Hike: Congress Targets Centre With Cylinders Atop Briefing Table
On Monday, the Congress targeted Central government by holding a press conference on the sharp rise in prices of petrol-diesel and LPG in the country. During the presser, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate hoisted two empty cylinders atop the briefing table.

View In AppAttacking the government over increased prices of LPG cylinders, Supriya Shrinate said that the Modi government, already determined to do brutality with farmers, has now decided to break the back of every housewife and common man.
Speaking on inflation, Supriya Shrinate said that the price of petrol and diesel has gone beyond Rs 100 per liter in many cities of the country. But now even the price of LPG is being increased continuously which is unacceptable.
Prices of LPG gas cylinders in Delhi increased from today. The price of a 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder increased by 50 rupees. The new prices got appled after 12 noon today. After the price increase, the price of a 14.2 kg cylinder is now Rs 769 per cylinder.
The increase in the price of LPG has come at a time when the prices of petrol and diesel in India are at an all-time high. The price of Petrol has reached beyond Rs 100 per liter in some cities on Monday.
