He wrote a letter to the company on 9th September 2018, Gaurav accused his colleague Richa Gautam, the then global head of training at Tech Mahindra’s Business Services Group, constantly mocked the colour of his clothes and his “effeminate” behaviour insinuating that it affected his work. Gaurav was rejected, humiliated, insulted a lot after he declared he was gay when the Supreme Court gave recognition for the LGBT community but he continued to fight for himself and for his community.
