Who Is Afsana Khan? All You Need To Know About Rumoured 'Bigg Boss 15' Contestant

Punjabi singer Afsana Khan trended on Twitter after rumours about her participation in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 15' surfaced on the internet. The new season of hit the reality show will telecast on Colors channel from October 2. Speculations are rife that she might enter the ‘BB 15’ house soon.

Afsana is a Punjabi playback singer, who began her career as a participant in 'Voice Of Punjab 3'. She crooned Harrdy Sandhu and Sargun Mehta starrer 'Titliaan', which became one of the biggest hits of 2020.

Afsana has delivered several hit Punjabi songs including ‘Tootera’, ‘Mahi Mileya’, ‘Jaani Ve Jaani’, to name a few.

A complaint was filed against Afsana for singing songs that promoted gun culture. An assistant professor had filed a complaint against the singer for singing songs at the government senior secondary school in Badal village, Punjab, a report in Hindustan Times said. Khan, who studied in the same school, sang lines of her songs during an interaction with the students. Her video went viral on social media.

Shehnaaz Gill created ripples during her stint in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 13'. Last year, the makers introduced Punjabi singer and actress Sara Gurpal as a contestant. However, she failed to impress the viewers and became the first contestant to get eliminated from the show. It remains to be seen if Afsana will participate in Bigg Boss 15 or not.
