The price of this bungalow cost, a whopping Rs 173 crore. The house initially belonged to Om Arora, the owner of Variety Book Depot, who later sold it to Anand’s grandfather.

This bungalow is situated in the heart of the capital, New Delhi, in one of the most expensive areas, Prithviraj Road also referred to as Lutyens Bungalow Zone.

Anand, an entrepreneur, owns the fashion line Bhane and sneaker brand VegNonVeg.

Sonam & Anand got married on May 8, 2018, in a lavish wedding ceremony in Mumbai.
