During the filming of their movie Maha Samudram, the couple reportedly got close and later started dating.

When asked about her relationship with Siddharth at a red carpet event, Aditi made the gesture of zipping her lips.

Meanwhile, actor Siddharth married Meghna in 2003, but their marriage didn't last, and he filed for divorce in 2007.
